Colin Cowie says food looks best in white plates where they are the star, and while I "get" that, I also love how orange looks against the blue. These look a little anemic because I used a flash, but you get the picture.

Sweet Potato slices, drizzled with olive oil and a little salt, baked in the oven--a little vitamin A for you today.
